product that transcended the conservatory – an independent space that more closely
resembled an extension to the house, with all the light, warmth and ambience that
a glass roof will provide.
So we developed the Quantal orangery cassette system, a bright, open and flexible additional living
space that will make a significant and valuable enhancement to any home or commercial
space. This was the first cassette system on the market, designed by deconstructing
the traditional timber orangery flat roof and rebuilding it in a modular form.

Our unique orangery roof system makes the construction of an orangery-style roof
a simple three-step process. Its modular cassette design is structurally guaranteed
by our experienced technical team, and makes the installation of orangery roofing
a quick and easy process.
The complete system is based on BBA-certified Glulam beams, which are pre-constructed
to the precise dimensions required before being delivered complete and ready for
installation.
The Quantal orangery roof cassette comes complete with high performance pre-cut
insulation panels. Combined with the thermally broken fixings, these allow a U-value
of 0.2 to be achieved by the timber part of the roof. This effectively removes the
need for through ventilation, which can be difficult to achieve in an orangery roof.

the information you need about the system including detailed instructions on installation
and maintenance.
We also provide bespoke
training courses on all aspects of installation, providing hands-on,
practical experience and full instruction from qualified experts. In just one day
you will learn everything you need to know, and when you are fully trained and competent
you will be given official Quantal accreditation as an installer.
