Quantal at Wembley!
Specialist conservatory supplier Quantal, has showcased its high end conservatory products at G09 Wembley. A highlight at the show was the innovative orangery roof kit, an easy to fit system to cut on site installation time significantly without compromising on design, strength or durability.
Launched in response to the growing demand for more flexible construction, the innovative kit offers installers a more efficient solution to other complex kits available.
The kit provides installers with an opportunity to fit orangeries more quickly whilst retaining a high standard. The kit erases the need for a separate carpenter or joiner and can save up to five days in outsourced labour, consequently saving time and money.
Alongside the orangery roofing kit at the show will be the complete range from Quantal, offering visitors the chance to see the high quality, bespoke roofing system. The range offers installers an opportunity to provide a premium quality aluminium conservatory system that can be sold at a premium price, offering decent margins.

The Orangery Roof Kit is delivered direct-to-site and includes pre-cut high performance insulation panels and thermally-broken fixings. When assembled, the orangery cassette system is fixed to the building wall using a unique bracket system which, with two front supports, also supports the structural weight.
“Demand for orangeries is growing incredibly. A bespoke solution such as Quantals offers high performance, looks great and also enables opportunities for installers to up sell from their more standard conservatory offering and offer that something extra to their customers,” Ian added.
