The complete kit is based upon timber joists which are pre-constructed into bespoke sized modular cassettes enabling simple and speedy onsite assembly.

3 Simple Stages of Construction

		1.	The 4 modular cassettes are manufactured to your bespoke requirements and delivered complete and ready to install
		2.	The modular design allows quick and easy on site construction
		3.	Once installation is complete any suitable waterproof covering material can be applied to weatherproof the complete roof system

Warm Roof Design

The modular cassettes feature high performance pre-cut insulation panels which, along with the thermally broken fixings, allow a U-value of 0.2 to be achieved by the wooden part of the roof.

This effectively removes the need for through ventilation which can be difficult to achieve efficiently in a traditional orangery roof design.
