Take the RotaFit heat-treated galley:
this is an inspired engineering solution with a unique twist-and-lock action, allowing
trade installers to complete their work using fewer components and with an ultimately
durable finish. Engineered and road-tested to withstand 8 tonnes, RotaFit guarantees
installation accuracy and makes weather-sealing less reliant on sealants.

Weather tightness is also improved by our patented Jack Rafter system. Its
precise factory-fabricated sections make installation quick and easy thanks to its
positive location for fixings.

Our TwinFast system is a quick and simple fixing solution for glazing bars
that provides a positive location every time. The TwinFast glazing bars simply slide
into place, and inbuilt spacers create the perfect glazing plane.

Quantal's Box Gutter Eaves provide a totally sound footing on which to construct
the conservatory roof, and are guaranteed to provide a quality installation that
will last decades.

Our unique UniRidge provides a single solution to the challenges presented
by different installations and requirements. The adaptable system will suit pitches
between 22º and 30º, and accepts 24mm DGSU, 25mm or 32mm polycarbonate. Installation
couldn’t be simpler: no screwing on is required thanks to the unit’s simple clip-to-fit
design.

With our new Valley Detail, the process of glazing couldn’t be simpler and
the design process is made completely flexible – thanks to the option to vary the
pitch by up to 15º. Other labour-saving features include positive engagement with
the glazing stepper, and a revised glazing plane that ensures that glass is correctly
positioned every time.
